Prior to Varlinx, Dave spent 20 years serving as CFO, COO, and CEO of listed and private companies while living in Israel, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and the United States. 

The multinational, multifunctional teams he has led span 30 countries and achieved an average 39% YoY growth.

Dave is a Certified Leadership Circle Consultant with vast experience in coaching, mentoring, consulting and facilitating strategic leadership workshops, offsites, and retreats. 

Dave is a published author of leadership books and is the producer of the CEOpeek show. He lives in Dublin, CA, with his wife Ainsley. In his free time, he skis, hikes, plays rock guitar, windsurfs, and ‘parents’ three grown-up children (and a cat).
